Long-standing tradition and agile evolution
Founded in Hamburg in 1925 under the name of Paul Alfons Rehbein and owner-managed to this day, our company initially dealt with the import of foodstuffs. Even in those early days, a long-standing cooperation with our suppliers that was based on mutual trust guaranteed that we were always able to meet our customers' orders – a principle which we still adhere to.
The people behind the name NICKEL
Since 1967, the name Nickel has stood for reliability in the clothing industry. Thanks to our staff's high level of fashion-awareness and long-standing experience in international trade, we are today in a position to offer our customers a wide range of top-selling ladies', gents' and children's outdoor fashions.
Present for you all over Europe
Today, we have a close-knit network of national and international representatives. At our company headquarters and warehouse in Glinde, just outside Hamburg, we own around 8.000 m 2 of storage space. To be able to guarantee 100% reliability, we distribute the goods to our customers from here ourselves. Our Collection is displayed in six showrooms as well as at numerous regional and selected international fashion trade fairs.
